Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software systems for our core product suite.
- Lead technical strategy and mentorship for a team of talented engineers and developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices across the organization.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
