Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological roadmap, identifying key AI trends and innovations expected in 2026 and beyond.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, R&D, and executive leadership to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- R&D Initiative Management: Spearhead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is essential.
- Future-Proof Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and innovate solutions for the 2026 era and beyond.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance teams and driving projects from concept to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
