Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI and automation integration across all product lines.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions for machine learning systems and predictive analytics engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure scalable and ethical AI deployment.
- Predict emerging technology trends and assess their applicability to business growth.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen hardware-software interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends and the foresight to anticipate 2026 technological shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and edge computing.
