Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for autonomous agents and industrial robotics.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize real-time control loops and sensor fusion.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with robotics frameworks (ROS, ROS2) and simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
