Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive AI governance framework compliant with 2026 global standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in conducting rigorous bias audits and fairness assessments on large language models.
- Develop and evangelize ethical guidelines for the deployment of autonomous systems and predictive analytics.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI strategy, ethics, or regulatory compliance within a tech organization.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and their societal implications.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies.
