Responsibilities
- Design and deploy high-performance, scalable AI architectures for next-gen applications.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Drive research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a lead architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
