Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning systems aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Drive innovation in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices for AI development.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to our infrastructure.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, production-ready AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
