Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics for 2026 standards.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in research and implementation.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and product vision.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated success in bringing AI products from research to production.
