Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and deploy robust, high-performance AI systems capable of handling massive data streams in real-time.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and milestones for the upcoming technological era, focusing on AGI alignment and quantum integration.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge-computing models for optimal performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement strict guidelines to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Expertise: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Future-Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, NLP, and autonomous agents.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse engineering teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
