Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures optimized for the 2026 tech stack, including quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of large-scale machine learning models, from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines within the AI engineering organization.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern high-performance computing languages such as Rust or Go.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
