Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for AI systems leading up to 2026.

- Lead the design of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance in production environments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
