Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure and AI pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment to ensure reliability and fairness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning) into core systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or complex neural networks in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
