Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead a team of AI researchers and engineers to develop state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all Nexus Future Labs products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 industry curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
