The Role
You will lead a team of elite engineers in architecting robust AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and predictive analytics. You will ensure our systems are not just functional, but truly autonomous and scalable.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of autonomous AI agents and machine learning pipelines.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques to enhance model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps aligned with the company's 2026 vision and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect role.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with distributed systems.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, and MLOps practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
