Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
