Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialty drinks with precision.
- Greet every customer with a friendly demeanor, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including espresso machines, counters, and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock inventory, rotate product, and ensure freshness of all ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
