Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and edge computing, into core business operations.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance software ecosystems.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by establishing innovation labs and pilot programs for experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leadership to identify strategic opportunities for digital disruption.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the selection of best-in-class technology partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or software engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically regarding the year 2026 and beyond.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
