Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Develop prototype technologies with 5-10 year commercialization roadmaps
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research institutions on next-gen tech
- Present innovations to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through strategic partnerships
- Mentor a team of 8-12 PhD researchers and engineering specialists
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through competitive grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D or C-suite innovation roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI ethics, neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Active participant in IEEE or ACM future-tech working groups
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for defense-contract projects (preferred)
