Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural planning and execution for the company's major product evolution by the target year 2026.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and high-performance systems capable of handling complex, futuristic workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to safeguard sensitive data against emerging threats.
- Proof of Concepts: Drive the development of prototypes and PoCs for experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with AI integration, quantum computing concepts, or advanced predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
