Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 labs
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning scalability
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Public speaking experience at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
