Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech fields
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related technical discipline
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology paradigms
- Experience scaling AI/quantum systems from lab to commercial deployment
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
