Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to build 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive briefs for industry stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design innovation pipelines targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging tech topics
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
