- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge intelligence
- Architect ethical innovation guidelines for next-gen AI and biotech deployments
- Mentor a team of futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy at Fortune 500 level
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
