- Present future outlooks to board members and investors
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Maintain a comprehensive foresight database and trend intelligence hub
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
