Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, social, economic, and regulatory domains
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ planning
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce scenario planning models and risk assessments for disruptive futures
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps and investment proposals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor internal teams on future-thinking methodologies and adaptive capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
