Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-time decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for edge deployment
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous system behavior governance
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and meta-learning
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Proficiency with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
