- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative operations
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Author thought leadership on technology ethics and governance for 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in futures thinking or technology foresight (e.g., APF, CFTe)
