- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Present compelling tech-forward narratives to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Build and nurture ecosystems with academic institutions, startups, and government innovation bodies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and driving innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
