Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects from concept to commercialization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
