Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Manage cross-functional project teams executing strategic initiatives
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
