Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, advanced AI) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs, fostering collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop future-proof technology frameworks ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable insights
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access cutting-edge research
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or blockchain
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market trends into technical strategy
- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., MIT Horizon Scanning, Stanford Tech Strategy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
