- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, from ideation to pilot execution
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
