Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and updates.
- Execute regular backups and verify data integrity.
- Respond to and troubleshoot server-related incidents and alerts.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with the network team to optimize infrastructure performance.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CompTIA Server+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience managing Windows Server or Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
