Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market dominance
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on innovation priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible innovation
- Build strategic alliances with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives (AI/quantum projects preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend forecasting, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and board presentations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (generative AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for innovation programs
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) strongly preferred
