Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into product development pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee technology incubation programs and prototype development
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CEIM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
