Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through data-driven impact projections
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor emerging tech specialists through our innovation incubator program
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or Foresight University)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
