- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation portfolio management
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
