Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and scaling
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital funding and startup ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published research or patented innovations
