Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG and sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, advanced materials science, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals (highly valued)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
