- Drive ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) with 50+ citations
- Experience securing federal grants and managing multi-year R&D budgets
