Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into product development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a technology innovation pipeline with ROI projections
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
