Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Develop 2026-2028 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform R&D priorities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage P&L for innovation initiatives and technology incubation projects
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
