Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Partner with governments and Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation projects
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets and oversee patent portfolios
- Present at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubators
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuations
- Security clearance or background in defense-contracting tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
