Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, autonomous systems, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Analyze quantum computing and neural interface market viability for commercial applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological investments with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML deployment, blockchain architecture, or quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three technology commercialization case studies
