Qualifications

- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and international tech innovation communities
