Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) into core product ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications and patents in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles (quantum, AI, or exponential tech)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Published research or patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and data visualization tools
