- Create go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of 5 R&D specialists in emerging technologies
- Secure 3-5 strategic patents annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety protocols
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global partnerships
