Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and their commercial applications
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging tech into core business operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating insights into strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, labs)
