Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech breakthroughs with commercial potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum algorithm governance
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and neural network architectures
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to connect disparate technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-AI symbiosis projects
