- Analyze global tech disruptions and their business implications, providing actionable insights to executive leadership
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders in next-gen tech
- Oversee R&D pipeline for breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development in R&D environments
